1. 30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Be in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging and accessories, where applicable.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
2. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@miami-haus.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item you received
After reviewing your request, we will provide instructions for resolving the issue.
Return shipping: Paid by Miami Haus for approved claims involving wrong items being received.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@miami-haus.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage or defect
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
Return shipping: Paid by Miami Haus for approved claims involving damaged or defective products.
4. Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned with all original packaging where possible.
Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Original shipping was provided free of charge and is therefore not refundable.
5. How to Start a Return

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

6. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. The refund process will take 14 days.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.
7. Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Please email support@miami-haus.com before returning any items. If we sent the wrong item or a damaged/defective item, Miami Haus pays for the return shipping. For a change of mind, the customer pays for the return shipping.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
9. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within two hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team by email at support@miami-haus.com
If your order has already been shipped, you have 30 days from receiving your order to return it. Please follow the steps in our How to Start a Return section above to start the return process.
